Don't see him ever fighting for any traditional title, not becuase he isn't good enough, it's the money, fight some hard nut real boxer for a few grand or some helmet of YouTube for millions, no brainer. FR pretty much said the same in his last IFLTV interview

Yeah I think so.

Bar dramatic improvement, he’d be a win some, lose some type at Area level.

No embarrassment in that.

I think he best hold onto the belt he has already won.
The prestigious Diriyah belt ... I always struggle to spell it properly too: often just write the shits

How much did he make against Paul? That figure will be the yardstick for future fights. So I’m guessing it’s considerably more than fighting for area titles

2-4 million estimated. 2-4,000 estimated for area.
The area title depends on who wants to fight for it. The one in Tommy's area with Perry 'The Promise' Howe going for it is winnable. Some are quite hard to win and very keenly fought for.

Southern Area Cruiser seems to be a busy belt.
As others have said, I don’t imagine he will box for an area belt. He will think he is above it (wrong) and he can make better money in novelty contests (correct).
Now he’s got a few quid he could also go the Joe Fournier route and buy his way to a belt of some kind.

Why fight for 50k for a Euro title, a level he wouldn't reach, or for millions a go and keeping his unbeaten record before coming the WBC First Dates Champ.

It’s said he’s facing Liam Payne from One Direction. That would really do ppv numbers.

Maybe if they can find Liam Gallagher's bollocks they can put him on against Robbie Williams on the undercard

1181567 wrote: 03 Mar 2023, 05:40 Problem Tommy has is the lack of a 185lbs division, unless he gives up the boar he'll never do lightheavy and I don't think (boar or not) he'll ever be big enough for cruiser.

Perhaps that nice Mr Sully bloke will create a 'Tommyweight' division just for him (the IBO did it for Danny Green)
I don't want to give the evil sanctioning bodies any ideas on MORE divisions, but there is defo a case for new weigh divs...
Something like,
SMW 170, LHW 185 CW205...

Would can BridgeWeight - which is shite.

Fury and Payne.

Apparently Tyson was considering another of Payne's bandmates but backed out as he doesn't like facing smaller, faster Styles.
