Its actually a decent watch, Piers Morgan is a pudendum so i hate to complement him, But this was decent, he was friendly without being silly friendly. Got into him about not releasing the 270 pages of evidence.

Connor has prince andrewed this a bit... Saying he has 270 pages of evedence but wont give the 270 pages to BBBoC, or the public, because of pride... While complaining about being labled a cheat.

I'm no body language expert and I've always maintained I'll give Benn the benefit of the doubt although I generally believe he's a cheat but watching that last night the amateur body language expert in me believes he's a liar and a cheat, maybe it was his attitude towards the BBBC that looked most shifty, maybe he's innocent of juicing but even he knows he can't justify sacking off the board

Reality is, Benn says he has a 270 page document that proves his innoncence, yet the only people to see it are a sanctioning body who didn't accept the document becasue from what we currently know it points mainly to vada contaminating the sample.

Benn at the moment isn't allowing anyone else to see the document that proves his innocence, because of pride.

If he was innocent it would be a 2 page report. The bigger the number the bigger the bullsh1t.

Even so, PEDs are rampant in professional sports. If you're not on them you can't compete at the very top level. Just look at TUEs in the Olympics.

I hope Benn is back in the ring soon. I wish the world was different but it isn't.

Benn has absolutely no self-awareness, he's digging a deeper and deeper hole every time he opens his mouth.

'I've got evidence I didn't do it but I'm not showing anyone it' ... imagine if someone said that in a court of law

If he was never going to show anyone the document what's the points of doing 270 pages of it? Waste of his team's own time.

Conor Benn Says 'Pride' Prevented Him From Sharing 270-Page Legal Dossier with British Boxing Board

“Why don’t you give it to the British Boxing Board of Control?” Morgan asked Benn, referring to the 270-page report. “Because [the Board] are ultimately the ones that can sanction or not sanction your right to fight in this country.”

Benn responded, “My dad tore up his British license in the ’80s. You know, the Board, they ain’t going to stop me from fighting.”

When Morgan reiterated that the Board can stop Benn from fighting “in this country,” Benn responded with insouciance.

“[I can’t fight] in this country—that’s fine,” he said. “So be it”

“I couldn't care less (about giving the Board the report),” Benn added. “That's down to my legal team.”

Pressed to concede that the “smart thing” to do is to give the Board the 270-page document, Morgan asked, “What stops you?”

“My pride,” Benn responded. “My pride. The way they've dealt with this.”

“Pride won’t get you through this,” Morgan countered.

“I don't have to be licensed by the Board,” Benn said. “That’s my view. …I don't plan to fight in Britain any time soon.

“I want to, trust me,” Benn added. “The ongoing legal case [is stopping me].”

"I push[ed] him hard on this point, which makes no sense..." Morgan tweeted.

How exactly did they deal with it?

They stopped the fight, that's fair. they're expecting to do that.

They never stripped him of his license (Benn gave it up)..

They never banned him (Benn already stripped his own license)..

What have the BBBofC done wrong?

Morgan wasn't as friendly as he usually is to his guests (not that I watch much of them but I've seen a few clips). Benn comes off worse than he did before. The more he talks the worse he looks. Hope he gets KO'd in his next fight. He will look like shit off the PEDs, unless he fights abroad and avoids testing...

Rightly or wrongly, Connor thinks he is 100% innocent. Maybe he thinks they should believe his innocence?

He's got the evidence, so why not provide it? Like I said, BBBC didn't strip him or ban him.

In playing down the extent of his work with the doctor, Benn said in interviews last week that they only met for the first time in August, which would have fallen between his positive tests for clomifene on July 25 and September 1.
.[/i]
Meeting him in person doesn't actually mean anything; he could have been receiving the PEDs from him without actually meeting face to face ..

My guess is that Benn approached him whereas for previous guests he may have approached himself as a fan. Benn must've been disappointed with how his propaganda campaign went.

Yes blaming The Board for anything seems a bit nonsensical. Surely The Board is waiting on UKAD to finish their investigation before they say anything more. You kind of imagine that Benn only survives fighting very carefully chosen faded fighters. I can’t see him surviving very long in The States, if Hearn can even get a licence somewhere half-credible that is!
