Re: Roberto Duran (135 pounds) versus Lloyd Honeyghan(147 pounds)
Lloyd Honeyghan could win this fight by physicality alone. I don't know if the great Roberto Duran could handle a welterweight by him being a lightweight.
Skill for skill, Duran all the way. It would be worse if Duran weighs in at 147lbs. Then, Honeyghan loses every round or 6th round stoppage.
Duran was in a different class.

Even though you wrote Duran at 135 pounds against Lloyd Honeyghan at 147 rounds, the Hands of Stones would wear the Raggin' Muffin Man down with body punches and landing heavy bombs on the face to either take a decision or a late round stoppage.

Twelve pounds is a big difference, though. And Lloyd Honeyghan was a strong welterweight.

But why would Duran fight at 135 vs a welterweight?
Re: Roberto Duran (135 pounds) versus Lloyd Honeyghan(147 pounds)
I matched them at that weight cause guys like Robinson and Armstrong and Gavilan gave up lots of weight to guys at times and won. So, I thought, let's suggest that type of scenario for Duran.
