Turned on Simon Cowell as well now.

He definitely has demonstrated symptoms typical with the condition.tonyevs wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 07:50We only have his word he was ever diagnosed - he certainly doesn't demonstrate as a person with bipolar disorder1194265 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 07:39Do you think he's stopped taking his meds?mickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 07:28 I’m embarrassed now. Really? A man who has been fighting for decades? I don't think so.
He needs someone to get a grip of the situation and make him stay off social media and/or push the fight back. He’s at his best when he’s got his head down and is kept away from the nonsense.mickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 07:28 I’m embarrassed now. It's not being scared to fight, it's everything that comes with it. It's the fear of losing to someone he has belittled so much when the stakes are at their highest and all eyes are on him. It may be the fear of no longer having the drive to box if he does win which may see him spiral back down into drug and alcohol abuse. It may be that he doesn't believe in himself as much as he used to and has internal doubts. It may be the fear of losing belief in himself and think he's just a loud mouth old man like his dad if he isn't the undisputed champ and best of his era. He might be scared of becoming just a historical boxer rather than leaving the legacy he wants. There are many fears which he could be having leading up to a fight of this magnitude given his behaviour, his opposition and everything that's at stake. Nobody is saying that he's scared to throw a punch or take a punch, it's everything surrounding that. We saw what happened last time he reached what he believed was the pinnacle of the sport...
Whatever Peter’s shortcomings as a trainer, there would have been none of this. Probably why he isn’t still around.maverick23 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 08:30He needs someone to get a grip of the situation and make him stay off social media and/or push the fight back. I actually think the belly insult has strangely got to him. He can say he hasn't got insecurities but his weight probably is an insecurity. So a Ukrainian Bond Villian constantly talking down to him about it in the simple word 'belly' is bothering him. He's usually winning the mind games or trash talk but that isn't the case here. That and being in what might be a genuine 50-50 is bothering him. Going into Wilder, Whyte, Chisora he knew all he had to do was apply a blue print. This is a level skill contestmaverick23 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 08:30He needs someone to get a grip of the situation and make him stay off social media and/or push the fight back. His weird obsession with Joshua's looks and body were clear signs that he is insecure about his appearance. He tried to own it by being the one to call himself fat and ugly but he may not be liking it now.Phenomenal-Nutrition wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:14I actually think the belly insult has strangely got to him. The fighter is ultimately the boss and Tyson is well aware of this. Fwank will be absolutely seething in private. Fwank walked away from Naz for less but he was a lot stronger at the time.polecateddy wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:37 When are the adults going to step in with an intervention - trainer/manager/promoter - are they all just yes men now? Just let Fury get his head back together and plan a proper training camp. Do the fight in the autumn or something. We don’t really need another Oliver McCall - Lewis 2, with a mental breakdown in the boxing ring, do we?
Still doesn’t beat the time when he accidentally called out Lucy Bronze for a fight, instead of Wildermickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:16 He’s that off his head he even tagged Simon Cowell by accident when trying to type Simon Jordan…
Fwank was on Talk Sport yesterday saying the fight is almost done. Fury was on the other side of the country buying a used car.mickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:49The fighter is ultimately the boss and Tyson is well aware of this. Every person will have times where they feel on top of the world, and times when they think life is sh1t. That's life.Phenomenal-Nutrition wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:07

I thought with Naz the contract ended and Naz went looking a promoter to give him the bigger slice of the cakemickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 09:49The fighter is ultimately the boss and Tyson is well aware of this. Been saying that for ages, same with the Joshua fight. It's just a farce now, sign the contract and fight or retire1194265 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 10:02Fwank was on Talk Sport yesterday saying the fight is almost done. I like Peter, seems a smart man with a level head but can't see him standing for all the nonsense and BS.mickey1975 wrote: ↑14 Mar 2023, 08:53Whatever Peter’s shortcomings as a trainer, there would have been none of this. Just makes him look more of a nob, talk sport have been up Fury's bunghole for as far as I can remember, they finally gave him a bit of well deserved criticism and he loses it. Thin skinned much.
