Joshua turned down Zhang
Re: Joshua turned down Zhang
He can only fight one guy at a time. He chose someone else. So what.

Good post, it seems to have shut the self-confessed troll up on this thread at least.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑17 Mar 2023, 02:46lol, when did i say it was ridiculous people think he lost to savon and camarelle? care to show me, or is this just like the 'vast majority' again where you dont actually read things properlymickey1975 wrote: ↑17 Mar 2023, 02:35I meant the Cuban and Italian. I’m surprised you think it ridiculous people thought he lost those.
Anyway, mags, who are your tips for the future from the ams or pre debut?savon shoulda got the decision, cammarelle could've gone either way, joshua clearly won over zhang and dychko.
as for promising ams, i like the look of jahmal harvey, vsevolod shumkov, julius ballo, ayabek oralbay, callum peters, emilio garcia. delicious orei also been on a nice serious of results in international tournaments, though his best will prob be in the ams
also seems like kamshybek kunkabyev seems to have aborted his pro career and returned to focusing on amateurs, which i think is a shame, as he looked excellent at cruiser in the pro fights i saw of his. there's also a belarussian who was super impressive as an am who recently turned over, 6-0 with only 2 stoppages, but good level of opposition so far and has impreessed me

Do you think he is getting more for Franklin than he would have got if he had signed for Fury in December?

What a non-story.
Just Joyce hoping that if he keeps saying Joshua's name, he can engineer a fight.
I'd give Joyce a fair shout at this stage, Joshua's looked pretty gunshy since the first loss to Ruiz, and he can definitely be hit.
Could be a very entertaining fight actually, as neither man is exactly mobile, and both are big hitters.
Joyce seems to have the better chin but Joshua is the bigger hitter. I'd definitely watch it..
