Crazy thing is he was 137 but other guy 144, which suggests no weight cut… so really he was a featherweight…

I imagine in reality he was 160'ish pounds walking around in civilian life, and trained down to 130. It's doable, I was 180'ish and got down to 154.
So if he was 160'ish to begin with I imagine between a lot of empty calories and weight training he made 220+ in that time. I suspect most of it is fat though. Plus the older you get anyways your body gets heavier naturally. So he probably was normally going to be 170-180 before all the empty calories and workouts.
Probably one of the best examples I can think of might've been Don Cockell. I think he was originally a middleweight but because of a thyroid condition he put on a lot of weight. Ended up being the #2 heavyweight in the world.
It's not as extreme as your example, but... I am reminded of people like Bruce Strauss, Frankie Hines, Donnie Pendelton, Reggie Strickland, etc who started off as welterweights and ended up as heavyweights. Then again they did that over a period of years.
Maybe the closest thing I can think of as people like Ricky Hatton and Roberto Duran getting hog fat in between fights and going back down to 130, 140, 147, and 154. You would be surprised how fast the human body can put on weight if you have been dieting and exercising a lot.

The only one I know off the top of my head is Guillermo Jones. Didn't he go from WW to CW and ended his career at HW. Also, that Asian guy that stopped Kirkland and got stopped by Glovkin. I think he started at 154 and ended at HW.
