Is there anyone left in the world that hasn’t had mental health problems? Seems like no public statement is complete without mentioning them.

Pathetic and totally dilutes people who suffer real mental health issues, I'd guess 40% of people are attention seeking liars who are either desperate for attention or are trying to get themselves out of a problem they've made for themselves, 40% genuinely believe they are depressed when actually they've just got the blues that most people get now and again and say 20% probably legit are depressed and need helpBoxerbeetle wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 12:06 Is there anyone left in the world that hasn’t had mental health problems? Yeah she’s been made to sign an NDA and then can’t talk about the McGuigans in a negative way.matt3m wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 09:33I think it was more she signed an NDA to not speak about what the issues between them were/are, but I could be wrong.jameswilson wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 08:34 So Cameron had to sign a non disclosure agreement to leave McGuigan? Maybe it's down to his dad, but after what happened with Frampton, I find Shane untrustworthy.
Also I find folk who play the mental health card untrustworthy

Usually that's a sure sign of guilt by the enforcers of the NDA in one way of another.jameswilson wrote: ↑07 Apr 2023, 05:18Yeah she’s been made to sign an NDA and then can’t talk about the McGuigans in a negative way.matt3m wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 09:33I think it was more she signed an NDA to not speak about what the issues between them were/are, but I could be wrong.jameswilson wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 08:34 So Cameron had to sign a non disclosure agreement to leave McGuigan? Re: Katie Taylor vs. Chantelle Cameron | DAZN - 20 May 2023
Not necessarily. The NDA will often be part of a settlement. If the party isn’t happy signing an NDA then they don’t accept the settlement.joshj909 wrote: ↑07 Apr 2023, 07:47Usually that's a sure sign of guilt by the enforcers of the NDA in one way of another.jameswilson wrote: ↑07 Apr 2023, 05:18Yeah she’s been made to sign an NDA and then can’t talk about the McGuigans in a negative way.
The NDA stops parties mouthing of and smearing the other side when parties have agreed to a settlement and resolution to the matter. Thus it’s there to ensure that the settlement is not accepted but then undermined by certain conduct thereafter. The NDA gives protection to the settlement and an end to matters.
No one is forced to take the settlement and sign the NDA. I think an NDA agreement was prudent in this case given the reputation of MTK and there alleged involvement in instigating a breach of contract.
In addition, in this case, the BBBoC heard the matter and found in favour of the McGuigans.
Re: Katie Taylor vs. Chantelle Cameron | DAZN - 20 May 2023
I agree but not entirely. It isn't definitive evidence but it can still be a sign pointing towards some degree of guilt. If what Cameron knew was incorrect then she could have been sued for libel/defamation should she have spoken up. I understand it's usually seen as a "safe option" for rich people to settle and demand an NDA but it screams guilt most of the time. It can save them face and their reputation in the court of public opinion but not entirely as people will still know that an NDA was enforced to save their reputation. We don't know the specifics so we don't know and may never know. That's my take on it anyway.liamlion wrote: ↑07 Apr 2023, 08:51Not necessarily. The NDA will often be part of a settlement. Tbh if I was topping the bill defending my undisputed world titles in the away corner against the local hero, the last thing I'd want is someone I despised floating about all fight week and I'd probably do all I can to get them off the bill as well, that would leave the fighter to chose between getting a new trainer for fight week or waiting a couple of weeks for their title shot
On the same token if I was a promoter I'd like to think nobody on the bill would be dictating who and who wasn't on the bill on my card
Still can't help but feel for Scotney

In a sport where we are only now actually seeing the disgusting rotten shit that happens , boxers being broken and left to for after being robbed, their minds shattered, people wondering would like John Murray choking back years seeing good boxers broken down on the streets "Why the fornicate has nobody helped you?"
the REAL problem?? Too much focus on mental health issues
