Jermell Charlo vs Paul Williams at 154.

Plot for this fantasy match: Charlo defends his undisputed championship at 154 against Williams (who briefly held WBO Interim belt at SW following a win over Verno Philips). Style-wise, I think, it's an excellent fight. Who wins?
