I very much doubt any of it will happen.

I've lost virtually all interest in the heavyweight division and the sport of boxing itself. There's no point in discussing men and women who only fight once or twice a year and most of the time they fight bums instead of who they should be fighting.

By the time any of these fights are made all be passed their primes and it will never settle the question of who really was the best in their prime.

Just about sums up the heavyweight scene , and theres a couple other divisions not far behind ,, When going to force Charlo to actually defend and not talk

Excited about the upcoming tank fight, but with the likes of Fury v Usyk, and Spence v Crawford looking like they may never happen, it's hard to really give much of a shite about boxing. Two of the headline divisions, both robbed of the biggest fights by greed and lack of ambition.

Yeh I don't mind Ruiz actually, not much better out there after Usyk or Joshua, Ruiz does have that AJ win and coming off the Ortiz win although he was sh1te there, Ruiz is capable, just needs to lose weight, Fury should toy with him but if he pisses about Ruiz is quick with they hands, you seen what he done to AJ first time and Fury takes silly shots, Ruiz a lot more schooled than Whyte and Chisora

I’d take it all with a pinch of salt. Obviously I’d be quite sceptical of anything he says at this point. A lighter Fury seems a step in the direction towards his best shape of the Wlad fight, although I’m not sure if his sand hill running days in Europe are now firmly behind him. It’s more jogging up and down Morecambe prom it seems. Looking back on the Wlad fight, he was great from a cardio and movement point of view, but the lack of power was what made the fight close on the cards. There are some gaps to be exploited in Fury’s overall package, but most of the heavyweights around are quite a poor standard.

…and what’s with the leg extensions? Generally thought of as a useless exercise for most athletes.

I agree that AJ hasn`t looked the same wrecking ball for years - but he is still looking too big a risk for Fury thats a fact.
That Usyk faced - and beat AJ twice is definitely worth mentioning when most were claiming Fury to be the number 1 heavy .. who as mentioned, would not risk facing AJ even once

I agree that AJ hasn`t looked the same wrecking ball for years - but he is still looking too big a risk for Fury thats a fact.

It’s a waste of time arguing with someone who believes Ruiz win over AJ isn’t worth mentioning and doesn’t see Wlad or Wilder as risky fights…
