Guided Tours
Guided Tours
Are there any towns or cities that have a guided tour related to a boxer or boxing generally?
Re: Guided Tours
I'd be surprised if Louisville, Kentucky didn't/doesn't have one related to Muhammad Ali.

Re: Guided Tours
well just name a town or city that you live in or are going to visit
and we here can make up your own 'guided tour".
I think we had done a thread on some of the old ( pre-1955)
Boxing training camps (also conditioning camps)here in the USA (and also in Britain)
used by Joe Louis and others.
there was also a thread about Archie Moore's famous "The Salt Mines" training camp
at Mount Woodson near San Diego.
what Boxers careers were you most interest in ?
and we here can make up your own 'guided tour".

Re: Guided Tours
Not saying there isn't some type of Ali museum in Louisville because I've never actually looked into it.
Our daughter lives in Louisville, on our visits I have never seen such a place or seen advertisements for one.
She knows I would be interested in seeing a place like that but has never mentioned one to us.

maybe we can find out what past boxing history happened in the city/town that you are planning to visit.
