Do you ever post anything other than jealous sh1t?
‘I don’t like this guys trainers.’
‘I don’t like that guys hat!’
‘Ohhhh. I can’t stand that song.’
I tell you what, he was good, some great insight!WestEndRiot wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 18:56Sunny. To be fair, he was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised!Counter-puncher wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 18:52 Apart from Darren Barker who was it on comms? One of the Edwards bros?
He did some commentary and punditry with BT when he was with Frank as well.Flump wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 18:56I tell you what, he was good, some great insight!WestEndRiot wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 18:56Sunny. his work looked easier on the eye, but he was still getting hit a lot, hurt multiple times (bizarrely almost no mention from ppl of how he winced badly and back peddled across the ring in the 6th), had rounds he took off etc.........116-111 rak and 117-110 cord seem about the same level of bias towards each fighter tbh
Apart from shouting 'ohhh' everytime his man lands a decent shot, disregarding shots landed by the non house fighter and being the standard hearn/dazn nuthugger, yeah he's fantastic.stevec@france wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:05Barker is a knowledgable ex pro and gets the gig for the right reasons - im quite happy to listen to his commentary .
these things are subjective and the line " opinions vary " springs to mind .blanca wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:10Apart from shouting 'ohhh' everytime his man lands a decent shot, disregarding shots landed by the non house fighter and being the standard hearn/dazn nuthugger, yeah he's fantastic.stevec@france wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:05Barker is a knowledgable ex pro and gets the gig for the right reasons - im quite happy to listen to his commentary .
Hmm. I think he could be great co-comm if he was allowed to be neutral. Same with costello, was great on the radio but he is so biased in his comms now it's embarrassing.stevec@france wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:14these things are subjective and the line " opinions vary " springs to mind .blanca wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:10Apart from shouting 'ohhh' everytime his man lands a decent shot, disregarding shots landed by the non house fighter and being the standard hearn/dazn nuthugger, yeah he's fantastic.stevec@france wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 19:05

Might end up being the next Duke McKenzie in more ways than one.

I didn’t score it but general feeling was Rakh did enough. I thought some of his work wasn’t getting mentioned.
