Joe Fournier WTF?

As Joe Fournier accepts that his record is 9-0, he accepts the no contest and accepts that the contest deleted from his record was done so correctly.
As that is the case, he did not in fact win (well, lets be honest, buy) a WBA belt.
Why does nobody ever pick this up with him when he mouths off about it in interviews?

Unsure why that one was deleted and the other changed to a NC.
