Good win for Tom carty. Jay is very beatable but getting rid of him early is good..

27 year old Irish heavyweight southpaw with solid power… surely with a bit of thinking/planning this is a slam dunk dublin ticket seller in a year or 2…

After all the hype, and the multiple decisions that went her way, being on the slide for a number of years, it was almost a relief to watch Taylor clearly lose, and have that loss recognised.
Congrats to Cameron :salut:

Sir, I hope you are ok?

Excuse my ignorance, but I used a male pronoun, do you identify as a male?

Cameron was a clear winner for me. They tried to job her on the cards. One judge a draw?

It's Katie Taylor. The opponents who beat her usually get jobbed.

Was a bit sad to see as a bridge too far for a declining Taylor.

Similar to Canelo/Bivol in that the physical size was just too much, although Cameron is no exquisite technician.

Someone mentioned the length of the fight and I agree. It's weird watching a big fight like that just being 20 minutes long. Either do three minutes or maybe even 15 x 2.

You don't get many swings in momentum in a two minute round or a chance to put all that experience to use

About time. Taylor goes into every fight with a 4 round advantage. Her resume is full of robbery after robbery

And she claims to be the greatest female boxer of all time and the second best boxer of all time (men and women) with Muhammad Ali being the best. Therefore, she believes that she is better than Sugar Ray Robinson, Floyd Mayweather, Roberto Duran, Julio Cesar Chavez...

Matchroom would probably make bank on a rematch. Cully was totally exposed. believed his own hype and just thought he just had to turn up to win.

He’s gotten a lot out of KT’s career. She’s basically at the end. Losing the ‘0’ won’t matter at this stage.

What’s the need for the rematch? Not like she lost her belts.

Matchroom would've made a tidy profit last night, they're stables so vast, guys like Cully getting beat ain't no thang, as mention Taylor at the end, her and Eddie both responsible as anyone for the rise of woman's boxing, they've done alright by each other

Cully really looked terrible. Very upright and frozen still when he was getting touched on the chin. He really didn't appear to have any semblance of survival skills and very poor punch resistance. On that showing, a move up in weight is needed to try to help his punch resistance.

While I don't think she has many fights left, if she wants she def has a couple of big fights out there

Katie is such a big star in Ireland that Croke Park is probably still viable as her swansong fight. The rematch could be made there. A fight with Serrano could also be made there. The Irish will sell it out. No boxing in the country for a decade.

Taylor will activate rematch clause.

Return bout for Summer.

Since when the fornicate does a challenger get a rematch clause?

If anyone deserves one, it’s Loma.
