change Eliecer Quezada weight category & place of residence

can you please change Eliecer Quezada weight category to Super Featherweight. His last fight in February he weighed 60.6 kgs and now weighs 58.5 kgs and will be operating at Super Featherweight going forwards. Can you also please change his place of residence to Managua, Nicaragua.
