Hector "Macho" Camacho by Unanimous decision. Back in 1983, and in his prime, Camacho had it all. He was a complete fighter. He could have been the Island of Puerto Rico greatest boxer. He was too fast.

If the great Salvador Sanchez would have been alive, he probably would have had to fight the great Julio Cesar Chavez, Edwin "Chapo" Rosario, Camacho and the great Alexis Arguello. Four guys that would give him a great deal of boxing matching skills.

Would he beat them all? Probably yes. But the truth was never known because he died too early.

Camacho UD. Too much speed and movement at that weight.
And Sánchez has God-like status for being brilliant and dying young, but not sure he beats any of the four at 130lbs you mentioned Elmer. Bazooka Gomez was also legendary until he moved up. Chavez and Camacho at 130 would have been especially tough style wise, and Arguello was brilliant although I could see Sánchez giving him trouble. Sánchez would outbox and outwork Rosario but his right hand was the equalizer. No idea if Sánchez, moving up, could handle it
