Razor close fight. There were 8 or 9 rounds in that fight that could have gone either way. That right there tells me it wasn't a robbery. I thought Haney started strong, stayed sharp with defense and landed nice counter body shots early on. Loma was pretty consistent throughout and looked to counter Haneys jab with his straight left hand down the middle and came on strong in the 10th and 11th. Draw or either guy a round up would have been fine with me.

- Boxing propping up Ring ExSpurts guiding the wagering cycle picking Heinie 3-1, who is now not only heavily booed in his premiere signature fight, but shamed overwhelmingly by his own countrymen.

Boxrec scoring may not be 100%, but it is reflective of the way majority of boxing fans saw the fight. Surprized The BobFather didn't call for an investigation of himself like he did after judges had Tim Bradley in a wheel chair post fight winning the first Manny fight.

Wow, Hopkins speaks out.

Really speaks out!

"What's the corrupt states on America?
Is it Vegas, or is it Washington DC?"

People need to quit crying. I like both guys and thought it could have went either way. I predicted a close fight. Most here thought Haney by wide decision. Move on.

Loma vs Tank or Shak will be good. Haney is moving up I think.

Hopkins is saying that boxing should be regulated by the government in order to stop biased decisions. Which government is he referring to? The U.S. government which is also corrupt? No matter how many articles are written about these bad decisions, it does not stop. Articles only make people more aware of the corruption. It doesn't stop the corruption. Boxing making less money by boycotts and/or people becoming disinterested because of bad decisions is the only way to stop or reduce the corruption.

but boxing is a sport that really can look bad when a fighter gets a unfair decision , fighting and boxing are different sports also when your watching a lot of fights you can feel the movement of a fight, its a sport we need to judge it ,we shouldnt see a win like some divine gift from above its a marker from the fight that took place at the time in moment , move on tomorrow is another day , fights are fights happen every day with no huge conscient

Bad decision.., yes.
Robbery - no.

It was close, tough-to-score. I thought 116/7 for Loma, but there were 9 razor thin swing rounds, where it's 'whatyoulike'.
Robbery is like Catteral (Taylor), Ryder (Smith) and Sturm(ODLH) - where the next fight is already lined up and the promoters aren't going to let the small matter of an upset decision derail the busines.

sadly, people will forget about it and the same things will happen again and again

Bivol UD'ed the cash-cow king Canelo in Vegas having the same judges. But yeah, Bivol was the bigger, stronger and better boxer than Canelo.

Loma - Haney fight pretty much resembles FMJr vs Castillo I fight in terms of judging but at least FMJr gave Castillo a rematch to leave no doubt about who is the better fighter between them.

The WORST way to get a rematch, is crying robbery, whether it was or not. Loma has a history of not thinking he lost.

Floyd was 100% ready to give Pac a rematch, until the excuses came up and wouldn't admit he lost. Pac's pride (stupidity) cost him another chance and probably $50 million.

Definitely no robbery here, it was a close fight and certainly worthy of a rematch.
However, on a first viewing on my phone I had Haney winning the fight.
I'm going to watch it again and do a proper forensic on this one and put it on the big screen tv so I can see it much clearer.
Regardless of the result both guys fought extremely well in a very high quality fight packed to the rafters with A level skill.
Great fight for us [Boxing], Haney and Lomachenko did themselves and the sport proud, hats off to both of them
