We are still waiting for him to get his man strength. Late developers them Furys
It's a strange one- Tyson looked 40 when he was 20 however in recent years he has started to look younger (strange when you consider in the meantime he spent years eating shit and on the ale and beak).

I wonder what his secret beauty routine is?

Hughie on the other hand - again looked 40 when he was 20, however continues to age quickly.

This is despite his continued bacne and still being a babby and not yet having his man strength.
Maybe whatever it is will also explain his voice changing from that funny Lancashire accent to now sounding gruff like his dad ... And how he lost his air in 1 weekend :verysad:

Does uncastrated boar meat do that?

It's quite funny when boxing fans only have the opportunity to talk about his height or who would win if Tyson ever fought a top contender ..

*Waiting to hear who Fury is in negotiations to fight today.
According to Tyson he got hit in the throat sparring a couple of years ago and that has screwed up his voice ever since.

I think 6’7” is what he was listed as an amateur. I don’t think any heights are accurate as no one measures them. Okolie was announced as 6’5” and CBS was said to be 6’3” but they looked the same height to me.

That makes sense now then :TU:

That perfectly explains him becoming involved Dr Usman Sajjad. And the sudden hair loss was merely the side affects of whatever Dr Usman legitimately prescribed for the sore throat

Fury is clearly taller than Klitschko and Wilder, who are 6'7". Just look at the films.

That means Fury's something like 6'8" or 6'9". Easily.

I wouldn’t say he looks clearly taller than Klit or Wilder, plenty of photos where they look the same height. In some Wilder looks taller. I think he’s a tad over 6’7”

Wlad (6’6”) said this before they fought….

Q) Are you recruiting sparring partners to replicate Fury’s billed height of 6ft 9ins?

A) He’s actually not as tall as people say, surprisingly. I’ve been at the press conference with him and I thought he was kind of the size of Mariusz Wach [6ft 7 1/2ins]. But obviously he’s taller than me, and I have set up with my camp manager and Johnathon the list of sparring partners. We got some guys from Ukraine, some from the States, some German guys. Statistics say whatever but in reality he is not as much of a giant as statistics say. In this fight, I’m the smaller guy though.

I wouldn't be surprised if he is 6 9in. I saw him in Belfast, he's really tall.

I'm reminded of a series of interviews me and my friends did with Steve Cunningham leading up to his fight with Tyson Fury... Cunningham was talking tough saying that there was no way Fury was 6'9", more like 6'6".... but after he lost he kept saying, "Fury is a giant," etc basically excusing the whole thing, and I called him out on it and he flipped his lid.

Don’t know about CBS, but Okolie is definitely closer to 6’ 5” than 6’ 3”

If a doorway is (on average) 6'8" then Fury is taller than a a doorway. There are pictures of Fury taller than the doorways in his home.

Height is often exaggerated so hard to really gauge with footwear on unless you are measured properly and Fury does like to stretch the truth. Easy for it to be out an inch to two, like most people he probably rounds it up too.

If that's the case I venture to say he's 6'8" or a shade taller than that all the same, because here he's clearly taller than the door and maybe a smidgen into the door frame.

1)He's standing around 1ft in front of the door, with the camera below him.
2) When he moves slightly back, he looks to be around the same height as the door given the camera angle.
3) He's wearing Nike Air Max '95/97, which have very thick soles.
4) It's his fake call out video to Joshua, so is trying to look big and intimidating for the Netflix series he filmed it for.

Based on that, he's around 6ft 4 3/4".

I think it's clear he is at least 6' 7" and probably quite a bit less than 6'9.

Camera angles can be deceptive. He's in the region of 6'7" and can stand close to 6'9" in trainers.

This all passed me by first time round, classic thread.

I love the level of detail in this particular post and the forensic nature of the analysis
