As a note to the record of Jason Barnett, the loss via DQ on Jan. 17, 2003 should be noted as the result of a broken mouthpiece. The fitting of the mouthpiece broke loose of the hard rubber and would no longer fit properly. Because there wasn't a back-up mouthpiece, the referee awarded a DQ on equipment failure.
