I'm wondering what the motivation is to be in Thailand, unless it's just to shoot commercials like basketball players and celebrities do in Asian countries.

Whoever Fury boxes in September will be for a lot less money than boxing Uysk in December for all four belts.Redback Rasta wrote: ↑08 Jun 2023, 17:01 "Next fight will be September in the UK for Fury" - according to Warren.
Why not wait and box Uysk in December? If Fury boxes in mid September, he won't have time to prepare for a fight in December.
One can surmise he really doesn't fancy the Uysk fight if he boxes another softy in September.

Regardless what he is saying, doing or not doing people are talking about Fury. He is a human headline.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - July 2023
Yes but he's also just becoming boring , personaly i see him pop up on facebook mouthing off i just scroll on , i see him on the u tube or whatever i don't even click on , he's even got me thinking about him has a boxer and i think dull grab hold rinse repeat , couple of the Wilder fights turned out good but for a long time his fights really have been quite shite .. his mouth is what got the interest there not the skills .
Now i just see him has a ducker trying to emulate the other fella who claims to be the greatest , you know the bloke who dodged and cherry picked older worn out champs to his 50-0 and still remains just has mouthy to stay relevent not to mention greedy .
Naaaw Tyson Fury is finished he's hit his peak ,and its well gone his biggest fight now is to stay relevent still grab sponsors money and duck the others , Aj he's pretty much the same and Wilder well he only fought one top teir in Tyson and got battered sensless , so really he's irrelvent , The men at the top are definetly Usyk and at this moment in time i would go has far has to say Zang , and before anyone says rubbish to him , tell me who wants to fight him seems a logical ne for Fury but looks like he don't want that one either .
Naaw Furys, finished , irrelevent , gone , waste of time , just a celebrity , don't waste your time discusing him , just find a boxer to follow who deserves it , and if your a mind too go to his meet and greet shows , pay your 100 quid or whatever , fork out another 150 quid whatever get your photo with him and pass it down to your grandkids ,
But regards him fighting another top 3 opponent forget it , he may fight AJ but he's finished has well , for me if its not Ruiz , Usyk or the chinaman , i'm not interested , anything else is just a make him and Fwank richer fight

Speaking to Boxing Social, Zhang said Fury’s various call outs have been lies.
“He should stop lying to people and he should stop telling fake stuff to boxing fans. It’s damaging the world of boxing. I really believe that actions speak louder than words. Instead of saying you are going to fight this, you are going to fight that, just get in the ring.”

Well, it looks like Fury will have one fight this year, and a shite one at that.
I bet he is currently eyeing Joshua's deal with the Saudis, and beginning to wonder when he will get some of that sweet sweet saudi money.

Do they usually change the amount offered when they get round to signing the contract?

All in all, whether it was Usyk or Joshua, etc doesn't really matter. The only real defense that Fury has is that there never was officially a contract. It never got to any point where signatures were ever really on paper. So if there is no contract there never was any fight deals, no fight happening, etc. Just a bunch of words from both sides that meant nothing.

Certain boxing promoters reserve the right to change it even after the fight has taken placeThe Gratest wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023, 15:41 Do they usually change the amount offered when they get round to signing the contract?

I suspect the answer to that question is, when he wants it.jamesmcdonnell wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023, 11:03 Well, it looks like Fury will have one fight this year, and a shite one at that.

But according to both Fury and Warren - regardless of all the white noise - they have not been made an offer yet.
