Julio Cesar Chavez versus Hector Camacho
Julio Cesar Chavez versus Hector Camacho
12 rounds. 130 pounds. Would the result have been different at the lower weight ?
Re: Julio Cesar Chavez versus Hector Camacho
I don’t think so. Chavez was one rough cat.

Probably, yes. The great Julio Cesar Chavez had problems with guys that had sensational speed of hands and feet. Hector "Macho" Camacho, circa 1982-85, was a very fast and complete fighter. He could have been the Island of Puerto Rico greatest fighter. But, he didn't. Drugs, alcohol, craziness and women were his downfall.

I am thinking Hector pulls off the UD, but it would be competitive early.elmersalsa wrote: ↑05 Jun 2023, 21:58Probably, yes. Chavez is too much man for Camacho.

Either legend would take a decision, but Chavez would pressure the southpaw Camacho with good punches on the body and head to take a decision at 130lbs.
