I will say of all the reasons to end a fight, cussing has got to be the dumbest reason to stop a contest. This is after all the fight game. It wasn't like Gotti was necessarily cussing the referee, he was cussing Floyd Mayweather.

What a phony-cheap fight, but Floyd is a master of milking people's pockets.

The ref should've let Gotti 3 to brawl Floyd. lol Floyd is just very good at fighing negative and pot shotting but in a real brawl with clinches, throws, head butting, elbowing like dirty boxing style, Floyd would be helpless and I'm not even talking about kick boxing or mma fighting styles.

I'd like to see Floyd fighting Daniel Son, Ip Men, Boyka or Jean-Claude Van Damme.
