It looks like Taylor is being killed by weightcuts. He's too big for this category and should have moved up after becoming undisputed. Maybe he will even improve, if he moves up now, since the draining gotta be easier there.

He could go up a weight, have a few fights and see where he is. Jon Miguez v Jordy Weiss are fighting for the European, there is Avanesyan too. He can guage where he is. It's not mega bucks but better than going straight in with Ellis or Spence and getting blown away if he's not right.

From Taylor's last two performances I would put him close against Eussaman the energiser bunny to out work and out hussle him for a while.

I liken Taylor to a Jeff Fenech , early doors Fenech was a monster at his weight , skills wise he was good but rough around the edges certainly not silky smooth like a lot of the yanks , But this ability to drain down in weight and RETAIN his strenght and fitness , therefore just being able to cut the ring down apply tremendous pressure and wear down his opponents was his forte .
But just like Fenech Taylors getting older that edge has gone , and i suspect just like Fenech the same thing will happen to Taylor if he goes up in weight . , Ala ,, Fenech --- Nelson 2 ,,, Groves --- Holiday .

Great carreer Taylors had one smidge is obviously Catteral but time will be kind to him there , for me he should go count his money , if he's got enough , Retire has one of scotlands greats forever echted in the record books ,, If he's not go a rematch if possible then Catteral then retire , he may lose both them rematches but he won't get hurt .

Other than that go up and fight who , the big money is with the big names and a silky smooyh CRAWFORD - sPENCE OR bOOTS WILL KNOCK HIM COLD , and who needs that
