Watching Anderson wipe out Martin isn't even worth the time required to watch it on espn from living room.
Come on, you will be watching
He is the hottest HW prospect to come out of America in a decade, of course you, me and half the people on here are going to watch this guy carefully.
Martin is taking a paycheck, no more. This is a bogus fight, the only thing that will happen is Martin will fall. I say he will pick a comfortable spot is the ring. Feel free to watch that.
I think Martin will fancy his chances for maybe the first couple. He does have some power.
But yes, I don't expect it to be a very hard night for Anderson after that. Martin ran out of steam after 5 rounds against Ortiz, and he had a full camp for that one.

There is no possibility that I will be watching.
That night is the 4th of July fireworks, friends and family will be here in the afternoon, then in the evening we will walk over to the park for the fireworks.
That's the reason I didn't already have tickets.
Didn't want to shutdown the annual July 4th party.

The fact he's already talking about retirement doesn't really bode well - how about your achieve something first?

This.

Louis was champ at 23. Ali sooner than that. If you’re a college player you’d be pro and signing huge contracts by 23.

Tyson was roided to the gills, as was Holyfield, and most during the 80's and 90's. Many football players too. Several now admit it.

As far as age, males don't mentally mature fully until 25, and JA is a clear example of that.

Zhan Koss would be a harder matchup than Walking-this-earth-like-a-gawd.

I’ve never heard Tyson was juiced. I have heard when he was a preteen he benched 225lbs 10x without ever lifting a a day in his life

No, not everyone is, but testing makes it harder to cheat. I'd guess roid rage caused Tyson to bite off part of Holyfield's ear. No one can prove it of course, but something caused him to go full psycho.

Yes, we lament the loss of that matchup. But for last minute, it could have been worse?
I'm fairly sure Martin will give him something to think about for 2-3 rounds. And he's a southpaw, so all good experience.

If Jared gets by Martin, and he certainly should, Mike Balogun, Joe Cusumano, and Luis Ortiz would make good future matchups for Jared.
