Sivenathi Nontshinga vs Regie Suganob
Yep that's his name poor sod, challenges Nontshinga for his IBF Light Flyweight title tomorrow afternoon, 1 pm live on Matchrooms YouTube page
I watched Nontshinga win the title last time out in the Estrada/Cortes card, won a split against Hector Flores in a FOTY, thought he lost that night, both him and Suganob unbeaten, Sunday afternoon boxing , better get the cans in early

Nontshinga a bit like Dalton Smith, high KO% but doesn't throw as many bombs as he should

Nontshinga wins a close UD, I had it 114-113 Suganob, he started off sharp then got dropped by a right hand last punch of the 1st, Nontshinga fought the whole fight on the backfoot, nothing like the puncher his record suggests, he did pick Suganob off well but no real substance behind it, Suganob done all the pressing and although he missed a lot he still trumped Nontshinga's work for me

Re: Sivenathi Nontshinga vs Regie Suganob
i thought nontshinga won handily, 117-110. suganob had a very good engine and kept coming but nontshinga had the edge in scoring and evading with his jab and footwork, and better picked power punches. thought he looked quite classy tbh and pretty much any good shot suggy landed he'd time something better. suganob in defeat looked pretty handy too, very fit guy who was competitive in most rounds but not quite getting there for me
to me boxing with no substance is a hughie fury air jab fest, not what nontshinga did..........thought the official cards of 116-111 x2 and 117-110 were about right
