Edward 'Starlight" Rollins Hometown

I read in Starlight Rollins biography (held by the State Library of Victoria), that his hometown was generally accepted as Melbourne, which makes sense, as he fought for the Victorian State MW and HW Titles a fair few times and he never fought for a New South Wales title during his career. On a side note, his Great Granddaughter is the famous Australian singer Colleen Hewitt, Cheers.
