Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou | TNT PPV - 28 October 2023
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - September 2023
I am in agreement with Krassyk on this .
Fury just letting everyone down including those who worship the man no matter what .
If he tries to fight Ngannou its got to be game over .

More references to money from Greedy-Belly.
It's makes you think if he has actually earned as much as has been assumed .. we know he was tied into a number of fights for a set amount; which I think finished with the Whyte fight. So is the keeness for exhibition and no risk fights a result of wanting guaranteed pay days instead of an Usyk or AJ fight where it's high risk and subsequent risk if he loses of arena/hall fights there after?

Shocking news
Eggie was saying fair play to Fury in the IFL TV interview - if you make 30/40/50 mill
Said something similar in another interview.

The clip is on YouTube just look at the 400 comments, talk about a fall from grace, when he came back and fought Wilder he was probably the most loved UK fighter since Hatton, now everyone thinks hes a bellend and thinks he's shit it from a guy half his size.

Poor Dribble's so wound up he can't even get the thread right.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - September 2023
Frank in the Ifilm interview , did say when it was put to him that Tyson had apparantly said he will not fight Chisora after this pullout , Franks response was ,, Tyson is contracted to fight Chisora , AND he will fight him .
He defintly does need to get in the ring has quick has possible , i think the longer he stays out of the ring the harder it will be for him to draw a crowd , Tyson Fury is a hard one to work out , Does he want a real genuine shot at the title because he has a self believe in winning , or is he just playing the game , and trying to manipulate the easiest pay day possible , I know I HAV'NT GOT A CLUE .
wHICHEVER IT IS , HE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING SOON .
IPosted this in 2014 Not much changed has there

If I'm to follow your logic, then I would have to say that most of the heavyweight champions throughout history would have had to have been stripped. Many didn't defend their titles for months or even years at a time. Jack Dempsey, for example, chose to do exhibitions and movies rather than defend the title most of the time he had it.stevec@france wrote: ↑10 Jul 2023, 06:20my point is that to retain the belt a fighter must defend - he isnt and pissing around doing what will be an exhibition on the level of a youtuber is frankly disrespecting the belts and suitable challengers .HomicideHenry wrote: ↑09 Jul 2023, 20:06They are not going to strip somebody when they are not forcing mandatories. not really very complicated .
Usyk never was or has been a mandatory in the WBC.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - September 2023
The WBC has ordered Savannah Marshalls next opponent. It's about time the WBC ordered Fury's next opponent or strip him
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - September 2023
Off topic slightly, but Colin Hart is looking very well at nearly 90.

You realise that using a near 100 yr old example isn't helping yeh?HomicideHenry wrote: ↑10 Jul 2023, 22:22If I'm to follow your logic, then I would have to say that most of the heavyweight champions throughout history would have had to have been stripped. Dempsey was a product of his time, and his time was a very corrupt and far from what modern times want.
Ali loved his exhibitions too, but he fought the top guys as they appeared too .. hence his universal recognition as the best.
It's been highlighted too many times already, but here's one more time: Fury has only fought and aged Wlad who was at the end of his very long reign .. and an unbeaten, but previously untested, big puncher in Wilder.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - September 2023
Depends whether you are talking about what the WBC should or are obliged to do?
You should never forget that this is all about money.
When they feel Fury is losing them money, he will be stripped toute suite!
However at the moment they feel they will earn far more getting a big fight in the end, than by stripping him to keep the belt busy where they will earn chump change in Polish leisure centres.
It all quite simple really.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they sanction the Ngannou bout for some kind of special belt.Coco wrote: ↑11 Jul 2023, 07:21 Depends whether you are talking about what the WBC should or are obliged to do?
