Not sure how much notice Itauma’s opponent has had but he’s about 35lbs heavier than when he fought Dacres and 20 or so lbs heavier than when he fought Clarke so I don’t think he’s trained at all for this.

Just noticed Frazer Clarke in the audience right next to Francis Warren.

Maybe a warm up for Fraze before he’s ready for Itauma?

Moses calling Moses on - that's never gonna happen.

Itauma has to find a way to cut thru' the low block...

Itauma seems to have poor stamina for his age. At least every time I've seen him.

Managed to get a nice £150 on Itauma points at the end of round 2 betting in play.

2.1 decimal odds

Moses needed a lot more devil there, the guy was a heavy bag. He only stepped it up at the end of rounds, when he knew there was a break coming. He's young so plenty of development room there, but he needs more attitude IMO.

Itauma was rubbish.

Openly worrying about his gas tank in a 6 round Chief Support on telly ? :shame:
Against a guy with almost nothing to trouble him. Unprofessional. He's 100/1 to beat Tyson's record.
Obviously a talent, but he's clearly not putting in the work S&C wise.

And then I thought..., do turkeys have teeth ? Do any birds ? :maybe:
No - they' don't.

Was claiming he wants Mike Tyson’s record as the youngest heavyweight champ a genuine goal? Or an absolute brilliant bit of marketing….

To be honest, that’s the only reason I know who he is…

A lot of work to go if it’s a real goal.

Maybe he is and that's his limit. Or maybe he's burning through a lot of mental energy he'll learn to conserve in his 20s.

If he could train harder though, he'll soon be at the crossroads where he does or he doesn't.

Pretty mucb echo what others have said.

I hope Itauma steps up to 8 rounders soon but expect him to have another few 6 rounders.

Phil Williams and Malden Manev are two guys most up and comers face and he hasn’t faced them yet so they’ve been kept in the back pocket.

Yeah maybe he'll just always have rubbish S&C, but mental energy wasn't the issue - he never needed to get out of 2nd gear.
I don't think he's working hard enough.

His physique isn’t exactly that of someone hammering it at the gym day after day. I don’t think people are asking for a clearly roided physique but a bit if stomach muscles would give us a bit of hope.

Well, that was pretty good !! Arguable the ref could’ve let it go to the bell. I’m not sure how long was left, but the guy was taking an uncomfortable amount of punches there.

Good commentator with Carl, who is he?

Exactly - it's not bodybuilding, but make an effort.

Watching the replay and there's no complaints.

He looked spindly, chinny and weight-drained - the first shot had him on queer street. He was getting hit again and again, even if not all clean, ref was spot on. :salut:

Excellent from Davies, looked on it from the bell, was aggressive early and dipped the legs of Cunningham with a right hand and forced the count in the follow up, didn't look like Cunningham even touched down tbh but either way Davies waded in expertly, rocked Cunningham again with a huge left hook and he was landing clean shots every time when the ref jumped in, great accuracy by Davies, that was impressive

Pretty crap offering from TNT as a card in general .

British boxing is such an anti climax nowadays.
