What's Hughie doing these days? They could sell Joshua Vs Fury and trick some punters. 😂

No Hughie, shades is still.working on his man strength.

Hearn must have known this was a no go some weeks back. Been very little build up.

The only acceptable replacement now is Hrgovic. However we will likely get Washington and Hearn will find a way to sell it.

Match room are becoming a joke. Look at some of the fights that have been pit on recently and look at the shitshow Matchroom have given us

The replacement will say a lot about the confidence in AJ.

Yet another kick in the bollocks for British boxing. It's embarrassing tbh.

Parker is up for it, be a better fight than Whyte as well.

Also Parker isn't a puncher

Expecting Joshua to take on the top contender in the division (Hrgovic) whilst Usyk fights the poor heavyweight Dubois, and Fury faces a guy having his first boxing fight amateur or professional is a bit much.

As a top contender himself I'd say it's an acceptable late minute opponent taking on a guy who recently had a world title fight ... Chisora

Del boy is the biggest name and the least risky fight for Joshua.

From a business point of view, it would be stupid of Matchroom to go with anyone else, as sad as that is for us fans

I'm sure the Fury fans wouldnt complain with Del facing AJ. They were happy seeing Fury face him last time out ...

Other than it being a terrible fight, has there ever been a fight between a boxer and his manager/management company before? Is that a conflict of interest?

I wanted AJ-Del from the start, so step forward Mr Chisora. Eddie will have to either pay Gerald Washington his fee or put him in with a complete turnip.

Ruiz has put his name in that hat. Short notice Ruiz to beat Joshua again? Or would he be out of shape?

I don’t think it’s quite that easy.

AJ’s been preparing for an orthodox fighter and will be past sparring now so can’t see him taking on a southpaw I.E. McKean.

Conversely I can’t see Hrgovic taking on AJ now as he’s been preparing for a southpaw.

I’d be disappointed if he fights Chisora and it’s also a tough sell given their mates and AJ’s management team managed Del Boy. Surely that’s too much of a conflict.

Leaves Washington which is probably the least competitive fight but it’s the one that makes sense.
