Obviously looking to stay active.
Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Dillian Whyte II | DAZN PPV - OFF
what a shit show this is !
Whyte should be out for good if he is found to have pedalled .
and I dont want to see AJ V Chisora either .
Washington wont be much of a test or risk really but no doubt joshua will get critisicised no matter what .
Hearn needs to pull a rabbit out and get someone credible but at such short notice it cant be easy .
effin disaster - thanks to whyte / vada

Show will be cancelled. Hearn having a nightmare.
The people he slags off have just put on Tank v Garcia, Crawford v Spence and Inoue v Fulton this year.
Hearn has brought us very little. What is the biggest fight he`s put on this year and what was the overall card like? Game changed? Do me a cheesy quaver.

Hrgovic is pretty much guaranteed a shot at Usyk in his next fight and all he has to do is beat Dempsey McKeen. Does he really want to risk that to fight AJ at 5 days notice? Money ain't everything.
Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Dillian Whyte II | DAZN PPV - OFF - Down goes aj, down goes aj.
Add a giraffe to that list

It’s a bigger risk for AJ with the Wilder fight on the horizon and I’d imagine Hrgovic will want to be paid extremely well given he’s already mandatory.
Also I’m not even sure if Hrgovic will want it. He’s been preparing to fight a southpaw in McKean to then fight a southpaw in Usyk (assuming he beats Dubois). Unless the money’s massive I can understand him not wanting to fight orthodox AJ when he’s probably solely been sparring southpaws.

Hrgovic would take the fight in an instant and Joshua would be on the canvas looking for a way out pretty sharpish. I would look at that fight as a mismatch. Hrgovic actually showed an iron chin vs Zhang and there is no way Joshua is getting out of the way of his right hand.

Looks like it'll be Helenius, announced tonight or tomorrow morning

Not a great opponent, but with five days to go, options are limited. Still, he's a million times better than the guy Fury's fighting.handsofstone wrote: ↑07 Aug 2023, 16:43 Looks like it'll be Helenius, announced tonight or tomorrow morning

I will accept Helenius due to the very difficult position the promoters have been put in.

A few guys on youtube are saying it will be Johnny Fisher.
As it is so late for any real contenders I won't be surprised with anyone
