Thought the ropes held Armstrong up there but it wasn’t a shot to the head that landed that’s how heavy Fishers shots are.

Mark Tibbs moaning about something.

He’s got a high-end team in his corner Fisher hasn’t he? hopefully he can take a punch because I think his chin is going to get tested tonight. I mean the other guy doesn’t look a huge puncher but he’s big and he’s game.

To be fair to Fisher he was still pretty sprightly by round 7. Whatever his prospects are in this game, he’s clearly knuckling down.

Great ending to this one.
Fisher looks like he might do something in his career.
I'll give Armstrong credit for his toughness

The ref should have waved it off straight after the last knock down.

Good fight. I thought the ref got it spot on I thought he did just about deserve to go on given he’d taken a lot.

Good work from the corner with the towel. Armstrong will come again and hopefully get a fight vs someone like Itauma or Marty Harris when they are at 8-10 round level.

i was going to say this, but assumed it was just me being a casual again. it kept sending Armstrong backwards a few steps. they should work on that, use it more

It’s what steadied the ship for him setting up the 7th round stoppage.

He got the knockdown and went wailing in recklessly and off the back of surviving that Armstrong maybe won rounds 2 and 3. Round 4 and especially 5 and 6 Fisher was landing enough jabs each round to just take the air out the balloon and also win those rounds. Armstrong in round 6 hardly threw a thing and it was the jab rather than the windmilling shots in my opinion that took it out of him. Some of the jabs really had him rocking a few steps back, I commented after the first thst the first jab almost had Armstrong over.

What we thinking for this one?

One sided beatdown for Hrgovic with the ref saving McKean in the second half.

Watching clips of this Aussie, he can look both good and bad during the same combination of punches.

Hope this is a good un either way.
