Why is Tyson Fury so hated for doing basically the same things as most other top boxers? I don't remember pages and pages when Floyd dodged opponents, too comedy fights and was caught with a drip in his arm. Roid Jones failed multiple tests and fought bin men.

Must depend upon what forum you were on, I certainly remember Floyd getting shit for cherry picking above 135.

He got a little. Not 100's of pages of it.

I think in general, people now see right through Fury's bullshit and excuses, have grown tired of his constant contradictions, and laugh at how sensitive his fan bois are. He had it all on a plate after the second Wilder fight, but has no-one but himself (and his blind faith followers) to blame for the tide turning against him.

Floyd did cherrypick to an extent, but did take on and beat some great fighters and his closest rivals (Corrales, Cotto, DLH, Canelo, Mosley, Pac). There was no denying his skills, and the exhibition shite fights have all come after he's proven himself. He can do that crap now if he wants.
There are still question marks over Fury's claims to greatness and the chance for him to prove himself is now available in facing Usyk and then, to an extent, Joshua. However, he's now frittering his time away against the likes of Chisora and Ngannou whilst beating his chest and claiming how great he is. His act's grown stale and fight fans have had enough.

I think if Fury wants guaranteed victory fights that's up to him, but don't tell people you are the greatest at the same time.

The choice of opponents and the boastful statements don't fit together.

I do think Fury vs Ngannou is a very irresponsible fight to have made if it is a fight with knockouts allowed because one man, the man who has never boxed, is at such a disadvantage.

Furys fans are a strange bunch: they would rather listen to him talk b*llox, fight nobodies and criticise the unified champion, who is fighting to lift the spirits of his war torn country.

Floyd knocked his bird about. Was never in an interesting fight. Had the refs in his pocket. Had his injections in his hands. Claimed other fighters were on PEDs whilst clearly taking them himself.

Fury has upset some people who go on social media. I don't know anyone over the age of 20 who reads anything on these platforms.

Fury deserves some criticism for his next fight for sure. But it all seems out of proportion to me.

To be fair serial killers are an immense draw in an odd way, everyone knows who they are, Lucy Letby is pretty much the most infamous woman in Britain right now and likely will be the focus of numerous documentaries and BBC series starring Jodie Comer or someone like that in future.

Just because people watch a TV programme about a person it doesn't mean they like them .. some watch to confirm what a complete scum bag or loon the person is; some just to laugh at them.

Not watched the Fury's at Home myself. But from what I've read Tyson comes across as a bullying loon, full of contradictions of man of the people taking rubbish to skips etc yet spunking big fortunes away, and Paris Fury is able to lie as effortlessly as every other Fury .. rivetting stuff for the Fury fans I'm sure

Well she's a traveller herself isn't she? Ive dealt with some great ones over the years but you never trust them, they're the undisputed masters of smoke and mirrors.
