ya, kinda like a poor man's orthodox usyk, and he dropped fury on his butt and certainly had his moments. otter also tore fury's face up horribly and hurt him
seems to be a thing for fury to have more issues with these types. i think the first guy who dropped him was the same height as usyk too, rather than some giant

although otter wasnt over 10 years ago, it was the last southpaw he faced and he nearly got his face torn off. maybe just maybe a quick, mobile southpaw style is difficult for him

ya, dropping 4 rounds, having his face absolutely torn up, and being hurt by a pound shop usyk. seems like the nandrolone king might have some southpaw issues just as much as usyk has any body shot or giant issues. that's why they gotta fight the fights, so we can see how it would really play outRedback Rasta wrote: ↑29 Aug 2023, 18:29118-110, 117-111 and 116-112margaret thatcher wrote: ↑29 Aug 2023, 18:19true, maybe in his pre boar days. i wonder why he chose boar over eggs

Only one judge awarded Wallin 4 rounds. It sure is hard getting traction for your hate when it is the undefeated heavyweight champion you are directing it at. Keep trying though, it is amusing

no hate, just presenting the idea that fury has issues with southpaws, as evidenced through his tough night with fringe contender southpaw otter wallin. he was horrifically busted up, struggled to land clean, and was hurt in the final round. lots of people gave wallin 4 or more rounds by the way: https://eyeonthering.com/boxing/tyson-f ... tto-wallinRedback Rasta wrote: ↑29 Aug 2023, 18:38Only one judge awarded Wallin 4 rounds. Before the Uysk vs Dubois fight, Frank said the winner will go on and challenge Fury early next year: " that will happen"

Let’s hope his horrific gonads injury doesn’t prevent it again.

Dangerous sport is boxing. Even the training can be treacherous. Remember when Fury rolled his ankle on a wild boar testicle someone had left lying on the floor when training for the Wlad rematch?

In fairness, last August, Fury mentioned boxing Chisora again. End result he boxed Chisora again.BigDoofus wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 03:50Usyk pulled out “injured” last year.big lennox wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 02:54 Before the Uysk vs Dubois fight, Frank said the winner will go on and challenge Fury early next year: " that will happen"

Last year, Fury also talked about fighting Ngannou. End result he is fighting Ngannou next.
He's also mentioned Jones. So, Jones to follow Ngannou?
Who is your money on, Fury or Ngannou? Do you think it will be a close fight?

Usyk wins. Fury is the most overrated boxer in heavyweight history.

Fury is decent, but when you hear Simon Jordan and co saying he this generational great and people saying he's the greatest ever it's just ridiculous, whats it based on? He's had handful of world title fights, and beat two world level fighters.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 09:00 Usyk wins. Fury is the most overrated boxer in heavyweight history.

One of whom was knocking 40 yrs old and at the very end of a very long career. And another guy who is world level only because the contemporary quality of heavyweights is so bad.
Its very hard to imagine heavyweight world title level getting any worse ... but unfortunately it appears to be doing so. We mocked Tommy Morrison, Herbie Hides and Nik Valuev ... yet Morrison and Hide were a lot better to watch than most heavies today, and the guy lots say is the best heavyweight has a fight record probably worse than Nik Valuevs soon enough.

A good article by Thomas Hauser:
" Well-run sports deliver the events that fans want, when they want them. Too often boxing does neither."
" But the bottom line is that Fury wouldn't sign on the dotted line. And Uysk was forced to fight a mandatory"

Good read but when I read paragraph 5 Usyk's quotes, I read it in Borats voice and now it's just going around and around in my head.big lennox wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 14:35 A good article by Thomas Hauser:
