Rumour going around Bomac was set up. Hopefully we get some more news soon about this.

Bomac would have plenty of people offering him a tuna or mackerel curry I reckon
:o is that a euphemism for something, some prison lingo I don't understand?

No chance at all of him going to jail for this.

His first rate lawyer will argue that Bomax (as the daft Sky girl kept calling him) was unaware of uk gun laws. He’ll tell us what a pivotal role Bomac’s charity work plays in rescuing underprivileged kids from a life of crime in his own community etc etc and he’ll end up getting a gentle slap on the wrist

Surely he was set up, nobody can be that dumb can they? Ok they can, but he comes over as pretty switched on, not loony enough to do this.
With the world at his feet, why would he do something as pointless and crazy as this? Not like he could do anything with it anyway, in the luggage hold, as they will no doubt be noting. No attempt to conceal the gun either…maybe he didn’t bring it over. I guess they’ll know pretty fast if there’s a record of him buying it in the US

For fire arms in the UK? No chance unless as Loftgroove said the powers that be get involved. You can get caught with an Ounce of weed in the UK and the police will just say, naughty boy don't do it again but get caught with that in Dubai and you are getting ten years. You have to know the laws of countries you are visiting.

You can’t claim ignorance as they ask you questions when you check your luggage in, if you packed it yourself etc. Plus it will clearly state in any documentation you can’t carry drugs, guns etc. On top of that there are signs at the airport too. Ignorance can’t be used as a defence for any crime.

I was wondering what sort of sentence he is looking at.
Apparently he has been offered a choice of watching At Home With The Furys or doing 5 years, so Eubank will be retired by the time he comes out.

So apparently it was a Smith and Weston in hand luggage! So he didn't buy that at the Arndale centre so he must have flown over with it, how the fcuk did they miss it on the way in?

I would guess it's most likely he left it in the bag from a previous trip and didn't realise.

All the report I've seen said hold luggage.

Boxing King Media has just done an interview with Dom Ingle and he said hand luggage, either way it's pretty sketchy.
