The legendary Canadian brawler turns 86 today. Sadly, dementia has robbed George of any recollection of who he is or what he accomplished ... but the affliction has also mercifully erased the horrific memories of losing his first wife and three sons to suicide and drugs. Muhammad Ali's oldest surviving opponent now lives in a Toronto nursing home, well loved and expertly cared for by a dedicated staff.

George has done well to reach 86 after the wars he's been through. Hope his quality of life is till good too.
