No.
It was something like "There's not a man born to/from his mother".
The one he repeated for press.

WBC Prez: "There is No Hurry To Find Mandatory Contender For Tyson Fury"

"He has been willing, able, and trying to fight Oleksandr Usyk, Anthony Joshua, Andy Ruiz Jr or anyone and has not been able to land the fight that the fans would like to see. Instead of waiting around, he has no mandatory contenders, so he is going to do this special event in Saudi Arabia," Sulaiman told Gambling.com.

“He is not fighting Oleksandr Usyk because he was not ready last December. Then they couldn’t do it in March and then they went their separate ways. Anthony Joshua – the same thing, so don’t blame Tyson Fury. He has been there and been there ready. The mandatory contender is a rule to provide opportunities to the best contender in the division, not to be talked by the champion.

"If you force the mandatory just for the sake of it, you are doing a disservice to the sport. We will not be rushing up a mandatory contender. We had ordered Wilder vs Ruiz and the winner would have been a sensational mandatory contender and that fight did not take place.

“They are not participating in it so there is no mandatory contender. Fury is the best heavyweight without a doubt. We would like to see Fury vs Usyk so we will not interfere in the plans to have a major showdown for all the belts so there is no hurry to find a mandatory contender and we will see what happens at the WBC convention.”

Mauricio Sulaiman did well to get those words out seeing as how far up Fury his tongue is lodged these days.

"No worries, Mr Fury, you can keep that WBC belt for as long as like. Even if you get splattered in the first round against a complete boxing novice, that belt's safely yours.

We have a special even more prestigious Mickey Mouse one made, your majesty.
Disney have stepped up.

Even if you failed 2 dozen drug tests, no worries, we have all the angles covered. Besides know some of the very best lawyers."

As for the other WBC cash cow, Canelo's plans to fight Usyk have now had to be downsized to 154lbs.

Charlo might just happen to be in the right place at the right time against a declining Canelo.

He'll probably still have to win 9 rounds though.

......

‘Mickey Mouse’ – Fans rip into Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou fight as WBC announces special belt is on the line.

You know how long ago 2015 was?
His rival Usyk just made his debut 2 years prior and didn't even have a world title yet..
In that time Fury beat Wilder and Usyk become undisputed at Cruiser and unified at heavy with only one belt missing from Greedy Belly himself.

Ngannou on the pads throwing combinations to tyson's instructions looks prettty dangerous.

Padwork don't mean much but if fury, if only by accident, walks into and catches one of those clean, it's game over, exhibition or not.

It's going to be a misnatch. Fury will likely carry him the distance so he can say what a tough fight it was

The rematch?

He did look decent there. He weighed more in that than he did the first bout, but he packed on more muscle.

Good undercard. Carlos Takam deserves credit for being willing to face strong heavyweights like Makhmudov and now Bakole, both of whom have been avoided.

Wasn't it settled long ago that this "exhibition" talk was just butt-hurt from Eddie Hearn? Fury-Ngannou is a real fight, at least it's as real as Mayweather vs. McGregor, no one called that an "exhibition" as ridiculous as it was

McGregor ca may weather was a legit sanctioned pro fight. Was it a joke, sure, but it was a pro boxing match.

This is not.

As far as I know It will not go on there record (at least not on boxrec)

Well, there was one rather significant person who described Mayweather vs McGregor as an "unfortunate exhibition"...
