I lean towards Toney by decision. IMO he had superior skills and would have won a decision.

At 160 Canelo might take it, but I think 168 at least when Toney first got there was a good weight for him.

Neither of 'em had much of a career at 175, but I'd probably favor Toney there too. I personally thought he was robbed in the Montell Griffin fights. Especially the 2nd one.
