Banged out Zhang, Wilder or AJ would marmalise Joyce.
Zhang can punch, lots of first round and early wins, anyone that weight hitting you will hurt
Yeah and he’s clearly natural at 270-285lbs. A lot of heavyweights have bulked up to that weight and it hasn’t worked. But given he’s natural at that weight he thumps like a train.

However the fight i would really like to see now is .....fatbelly shithouse , v Zhang the chinese destroyer
Styles make fights. Joyce is very slow and struggles with south paws. He might look good against some like dubois, but he was beat by Usyk in much the same way around 10 years ago. Zhang just hit him with even more power.

Nobody wants a piece of Big Zhang now. I'd love to see him fight Wilder.

The Jackal just said “he’s big bastard” and the thing we’re all missing here is this: Zhang has just knocked out a bit hard man twice.

Zhang is a full blown contender now. He’s big he’s hard and he can bang. Cool man, can we get behind this lad?

I think it's a a case of the chin was cracked.

JJJ DID have an insane chin, but tonight he didn't. Almost like he didn't believe it anymore - mental damageas much as physical

Well played ZZ - he deserves a huge fight.

Good point, yes. Defeat does things to the mind of the fighter that nobody outside of the fighter can see. JJ was making all the right noises but inside something had changed. Compare with George Groves rematch with Froch.

I had money on Joyce and I’m happy to agree with you. At least it’s all dramatic and interesting.

One thing, you can’t have getting hit as part of your gameplan. Especially not at heavy.

Like cool man, we’ve got a massive Chinese southpaw heavyweight contender, gonna be some cool fights on that power vacuum when Wilder Furt Joshua move on

If Fury had any doubts about fighting a proper boxer again then I reckon Zhangs just made his mind up for him. Zhang would scare fury to death. Gutted he didn't turn over earlier, he's a beast.

This is Joe all over , he almost seemed pleased for Zhang when he beat him first time.

Comes across as sounds as a pound , gutted for him really but that's probably him done now .

Bloody hell :oo What a thunderous right hook :box:

Zhang simply has Joyce's number. Not many boxers out there who put Joyce away in such devastating fashion.

Fury or Wilder won't go anywhere Zhang...Usyk might have the nuts to give him a chance. He should do, Dubois was a gimme, but a win over Zhang now would send Usyk's stock rocketing.

I hope JJJ can come back and get back to winning ways :salut:

Zero chance of Fury fighting him. Fwank had the perfect chance to hype that in the post fight interview and didn't mention it once.

Feel sorry for Joyce. Comes across as such a decent guy. Incredible toughness to get up so quickly from such a heavy shot as that.

I feared that Zhang might have his measure and would win by ko, after the way he wobbled him so much the first time round. Styles make fights and I think Zhang looked very relaxed in there.

You do wonder what will happen with Zhang, I suspect the only guy with the bottle to take him on after that would be Usyk, who would outbox him.

As good as we thought but too heavy and suffering low confidence. The big shots he's taken previously were in relative isolation, whereas Zhang's the first to land them in succession. I think that's the difference.

Coming in heavy might've been an idea had he leant on Zhang to apply pressure, gambling on his output beating superior inside fighting. He was snookered unless he could reach the later rounds without damage.

I think Uysk and Fury are still good matchups for him, but obviously he can't have those next. Any other puncher's a liability now, so retirement's probably the sensible thing. Gutted for Joe, but you can never say he ducked a challenge.

I think Joyce was planning to have a quiet first half and then put the pressure on. But you're not going to reduce the threat without making Zhang work to some extent.

Zhang was cruising it.

Zhang said 330m watched him in the first Joyce fight and he was anticipating way more than that this time round.

Fury, who loves the increased popularity the Netflix series ans the Ngannou mismatch is bringing, should try and capitalise on the huge Chinese Market (if he can't face taking on Uysk for undisputed).

I'd be surprised if Fury went anywhere near Zhang, though. I think he falls into the Uysk, Ruiz and AJ camp of being too risky.

Why? Because Fury ducked him as well?
