Woods vs Jones II - who wins.

Post by stujones »

Well, based on seeing the "improved" Woods come away with a close decision win over an aging Johnson I have to stay I think Jones could upset Woods.

If Johnson could beat him too the punch untill he gased, then Jones will be too fast.

Jones can still beat Woods, Woods doesnt have the pressure of Johnson or the speed and range of Tarver

I go for Woods. I don't think Jones would cope with his strength. cos Woods is improved, it's silly - ppl were expecting him to look perfect against one of the strongest & hungriest light heavies around. In a tooth and nail fight like that, boxers do tend to look vulnerable.

I doubt Jones takes this fight. Even if he risked it, which I doubt he would, Johnson would be high in the rankings and he doesn't want Johnson again. No, Jones is waiting for Tiozzo to get stripped so he can fight Branco.

Johnson IS the one Jones wants. He has said it a number of times. It was the first name he mentioned when interviewed followed the Ajamu win.
