I thought Adam spoke really well but Simon
Was a spineless **** and didn’t ask Adam certain questions and in addition he didn’t delve into some of the answers he gave😜

I’m not going to sit here & say one way or the other on whether Haye doped or not but he didn’t have a good gas tank, had a low punch output & he regularly got injured.

If he was on a doping program you would’ve expected him to recover better, be less injury prone & be able to fight at a higher pace.

He never actually put much bulk on either. My guess was he was doing a weight cut of at least a stone to make cruiserweight & I don’t think he ever weighed more than 230 even with long spells out of the ring. At the most he probably put a stone on which isn’t a lot for a fighter of that size over the course of his career.

Hello UKAD, are you reading this? That’s probably exactly what a lot of sportspeople are doing, not just in boxing. Guarantee you’d be fornicating up your body in the long term but perhaps you gain an edge.
With all the technology available these days with health apps, smart watches etc wouldn’t it be possible for the testing agencies to monitor a fighters blood 24/7 so it triggers when certain levels spike? Or it’s made compulsory that a fighter has to hook themselves up to a monitor every 8 hours and give readings. Not ideal I know but must be better than the current system where some fighters don’t even get tested.

That’s what I think, he was always injured and as you say his output was never high. He’s not small either and genetically probably has an advantage over most people in terms of natural muscle mass and size.

It’s not about being naive, I think PEDS is a huge issue. But Haye was over 200lbs years before he moved to HW officially and his stamina was never great and he was always carrying some sort of injury. So if he was doing something then I’m not sure what benefit he got from it. He’s always been an explosive hitter. No one knows for sure and if it came out he was I wouldn’t be surprised either, it’s rife.

When he was a heavyweight, he did go public that he was lighter between fights. I'm sure he listed his diet once, when he was a meat eater, and he was putting away a staggering amount of chicken.

No mention, although a lot of old timers drank a pint of eggs every day. One of my patients claims he does that now.

Eh? I’ve called out loads of dopers on here. I’ve called out whole gyms that I think are suspicious.

All I’m saying with Haye is there’s never been a massive red flag with him that says doper.

None of the people he’s been associated with have had any positive tests linked to them - Booth, McGuigan, Ruben Taberes etc.

Haye may well have doped but theres a lot more obvious candidates in my opinion.

He doesn’t do any kind of weight lifting. His body can’t hack it. I don’t think it’s a choice.

The injury problems especially for the Tyson Fury first scheduled fight was absolutely ridiculous, it is also my humble opinion the lack of sparring an training gave me no confidence at all that David would win the fight.

I was the only person allowed in Davids room and I always went to his room everytime he was due for training to escort him down to the Gym.I lost count the amount of times David was late for Training/sparring to the point Adam spoke to me and made me responsible to ensure David was
On time.

I tried to soften David by taking an espresso which he enjoyed, but, we were still late for virtually every session.

In that time before David got cut by Filip Hrgovic completing sparring was a nightmare …

In so many ways it was in my opinion it was a relief that the fight was cancelled.

It wasn’t until that supposed first fight that I became into the inner circle.

When it came to the supposed 2nd fight the injuries were a nightmare.

It was about that time that Adam wanted the first o Use his gym in purfleet more, again in my opinion that didnt prove popular or totally suitable for George.

In my opinion David Haye was a supremely talented boxer if were not for injuries could have achieved so much more.

As far as Adam Booth is concerned I think
He put up with a lot. I used to intensely dislike him but ended highly respecting him and liking him.

What an exciting team to be involved in. Booth, Haye and Groves are very intelligent and engaging guys. World class at what they do, too.

You must have been held in extremely high regard to have been part of that set up.

David Haye fights were particularly good to watch. He backed himself, was very athletic, quick on his feet ( mentally and physically) and could really bang. And he was prepared to go in with the best and take risks. It was an exciting period of time.

Haye was a different beast from Fury. Had Haye been fighting these past few years, and in his prime, I have no doubt we would have seen him in with AJ and Uysk already. No messing about. Fury is talented but I wish he had the mettle of Haye.

I would have loved to have seen how you laid those seats out, would have been amazing. And the way you made that espresso. They would probably have made a biopic.

I enjoyed the interview, i thought it was compelling viewing. I like Simon Jordan and the way he goes about his business, i dont have Spuds 'inside' knowledge (I have a bit but not on spuds level) of team Booth etc to make a judgement ref the legitimacy of the comments.

From a viewers perspective (including mine), it looked like an honest 'up front' interview.

Haye pulled out not once but twice against Fury, once with a cut and then with a shoulder injury. Despite the talk he never showed much appetite for the fight again.

I don't think the BBBofC would have allowed Haye to fight with a cut. I could be wrong.
