I've rarely been as astonished by a set of scores as this.
Derry was down in the first, point off for holding, and still wins wide. There was a definite fix in that night...and I like Derry.

Catterall v Taylor was not the worst but I acknowledge it was bad.

But, it was yet another instance that the BBBofC merely played lip service to the scandal.

I am positive one day we will find out the truth about PEDs in boxing and worse still we will find out the real problem of how the big promoters rule boxing and how they bully the BBBofC into keeping quiet because they have lawyers who have sussed the system.

It is truly disgusting how boxing is ruled by clever lawyers.

I feel myself going into a rant again.

John got shafted by the ref and the judges that night.

How can the Board sanction Yarde's opponent? Do they not care about a boxer's safety.

Told you all before what they care about ,, fee's and power , hob knobbing with the rich and famous , getting free tickets , going for the breakfast at the fancy hotel they get put in , , then lower down the line the actual money they get paid ,, safety of boxers and all the rest Naaaw not if it means missing out on the above

Agreed. It’s one of the things I hate most about boxing. Frank was quoting the Boxrec rankings for Chisora, this guy is outside of the top 500 on Boxrec. Yarde is 1/100 to win against a guy who’s fought at a low level and mostly at the weight below. It’ll predictably be over inside of 2 rounds.

Because the board love Fwank soooooo much, they are allowing the British Title to be defended on an unlicensed show. Absolutely farcical. Robert Smith is welded into that job and he ain't leaving while he's still drawing breath.

So rather than censure a boxer and promoter for being involved in an an unlicensed show, they are essentially endorsing it.

Presumably this makes any path to preventing Eubank Jr boxing Benn on a show unlicensed by them difficult.
