Tommy Morrison vs. Michael Spinks
Tommy Morrison vs. Michael Spinks
12 rounds.
Re: Tommy Morrison vs. Michael Spinks
I pick Spinks by stoppage somewhere between the fifth and ninth rounds. He'd dance away from Morrison's bombs all night and control the action with hurtful combos.
If Tommy had better durability - or a superb defense - then I'd give him a much better chance against Mike. But Tommy's vulnerability is that he could be hit and hurt more easily than most.
Of course, if Morrison succeeded in landing his brutal left-hook or powerful right on Spinks, he'd knock him cold, much as did Tyson. But I'm confident Mike's defense would airtight in this match. Tommy couldn't hurt what he couldn't hit cleanly.

Re: Tommy Morrison vs. Michael Spinks
Spinks would be too awkward for the Duke to handle as he would outbox him behind his jabs, right hands and combinations to stop him in 11 rounds even if it was a 15 rounder.

Spinks might take Tommy out late. But I really see Spinks winning a very comfortable decision.
