I've not heard a peep out of AJ but Hearn obviously wants it, it makes great business sense it's a fight AJ should win. He can then go in to face Wilder or Fury in another mega pay day next year.
Hearn saying AJ will do him in 3 rounds though I don't buy that, not with the current gun shy AJ, I'd actually give Ngannou a fair chance of stopping him, especially if he lands a shot like he did agaisnt Fury.

Hearn has mentioned AJ fighting Ngannou, Wilder, Zhang, Fury and being on the Conor Benn undercard in December.
Maybe he can fit them all in in the next 6 weeks.

Warren has mentioned Fury ducking Usyk again in December because of a black eye.
John Fury slated David Haye for pulling out of the first Fury fight with a cut. Tyson doesn't have a cut and he's got more than SEVEN weeks for this non cut to heal. The Fury's are a laughing stock.

Well let's hope one of those happens before Christmas, since Fury sustained such a beating of the debutant he won't be fit to fight the gappy toothed middleweight so it would be nice to get a decent heavyweight fight before Christmas.

In terminology once used by the Gypsy King about AJ.
“He’s match fit.”
No excuse really is there?

If nothing much happens on the 23rd December, is this not a pretty historical low point in heavyweight boxing. Off the top of my head I can only think of 3 significant world level matches - Joyce losing twice to Zhang and Usyk mastering Dubois. And that could be it for the whole year!
