Yeh it does seem he lacks pop, he's got a couple of highlight reel icings on his slate thoughTheLeprechaun wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 15:21 Harlem won't sell because his style is very boring and he doesn't take risks to KO opponents. Bringing in Eubank Sr. is an attempt to help sales and profile but Harlem himself doesn't come across charismatic or engaging. He needs to spruce up his personality outside the ring.

Boxing now.
Put his man down twice, but he’s having a go back now!

Welch comes out strong in 4th.
Puts his man down. Jumps on him after the count, towel comes in.
Looks quite heavy handed at this level.

I watched that, but it went off after Zaurbek had finishing playing with that little fella.

Wasserman might be the worst matchmakers in the world, a couple solid fights here and there but far too many dud opponents

Organisation here has gone to pot.
Plus they are playing Sweet Caroline.
On the upside, you can buy lager in two pint glasses.
I’m on my fifth.

Eubank to win odds between 1/8 and 1/12 with the bookies. Wasserman pulling Channel 5's pants down.

I remember an interview with Kalle going back a long way. I think when he first started working with George Groves and he was doing a show over here and going on about how Sauerland (as they were called then) were always about competitive undercards. You only have to go and look at some of the dross chief supports they had over in Germany to see that was bollocks.handsofstone wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 17:41 Wasserman might be the worst matchmakers in the world, a couple solid fights here and there but far too many dud opponents
As it is I agree with the chap above I don’t think Harlem is a walkover here but maybe a walkover to win a decent UD.

I also think Senior will have been a distraction this week.jameswilson wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 18:11I remember an interview with Kalle going back a long way. Worth a fiver?
He beat Miguel Vázquez in his last fight, who in turn beat Lewis Ritson...

Did all the Eubanks drop the S in their surname then?

Eubank probably shades the 1st but Schwarzkopf landed the 2 best shots

hahahaha sounds like something to endure rather than enjoy. they sound well meaning, I'd just pretend you're in a parody.Frostieballs wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 14:50Think I’ll enjoy the boxing.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 13:17enjoy! there's loads of fights on the bill, hope it's a great show.Frostieballs wrote: ↑10 Nov 2023, 10:53 As a Brighton resident I have caved and bought tickets, despite the pricing. We don't get much pro boxing here.
Actually got them a bit cheaper by buying through one of the boxers on the undercard.
A few little local prospects developing. Tommy Welch and Harvey Dykes, who I think won the ABA's at super heavy in 22, both on the bill.
Not sure about the party I have to go to afterwards with my partner’s friends.
She hangs out with a load of Brighton new age hippies. They always get us to do things like burn herbs so we can communicate with our ancestors. Probably be a round of kumbaya as well.
