Simple really , its his life savings , he does'nt trust banks , and does'nt want to leave it at home , in case the house gets robbed , , bit out there i know , but then again he does get punched in the head for a living . I would think if theres no banks been robbed where he's been , and no evidence of any shady deals , its plausible , and then up to the authorities to prove different . Far has i know its not illigal to have lots of money , ,
