Well done. That Jeff ofori is a dangerous fight for a young prospect. Good on him. Good bet

I’ve said it before on here. He’s clearly an excellent amateur coach but that doesn’t always translate to being a good pro coach.

I thought French was limited after his first couple of fights. Wide stance, arm punches and pretty open. I thought similar with Cyrus Pattinson too.

You have to be technically excellent to progress without having a decent shot so I always think fighters need to find a way to make a dent in their opponents and French just can’t do that I think.

Good performance by Ofori though.
He gets a lot of credit for the Birtley gym success, but a lot of that was down to Ronnie Rowe if I'm not mistaken?

Well I had money on French. :-P I'm still up for the week with three more to go this weekend. Vuong, Albert Bell and Ernesto Mercado.

Good luck mate. Hope it comes off.

That’s I think the third time I’ve managed to get one of those to come off. A fight going into the last round where one guy suddenly gets badly stunned in the last seconds of the second to last round.

First time I got it to come off was Robbie Davies Jr vs a pole. Davies winning by miles and suddenly gets put on Queer Street. Commentators don’t say a word. I flap about and get £100 on at 14/1 for the Pole to win by stoppage. Gets approved before the round starts. 30 seconds later Davies Jr is getting waved off.

It’s nice to quite a few guys in the away corner on a prospect show actually go for the win.

Even Mosquera now hasn’t come to lie down.

Mosquera is at least giving Vuong plenty to think about, which is refreshing in itself.

Mosquero is the perfect opponent, because he very little interest in throwing punches. Awful to watch.

Mosquera started off ok but didn’t throw much from the 3rd on. Saying that Vuong didn’t trade much but looked very slick on the outside.

Fair play to Eddie for keeping this show on when Cyrus Pattinson vs Lewis Ritson fell through. It's gone from being a sell out to limited sales.
