The DeMori matchup on a bill like this is an utter joke.

They must have thought we had forgot after 7 years. He is one of the only opponents of his kind (stepped up just once and got destroyed) that nobody will ever forget. It would have been better to put in another guy with a padded record that we hadn't heard of before, DeMori will forever be a tough sell as an opponent.

Just noticed Pulev is fighting a scrub in a few weeks. Hrgovic vs Pulev would have been good. Franklin, Hunter or Dychko would have been much better relatively low risk alternatives. I guess Hrgovic doesn't want any risk at all. In that case, Trevor Bryan, Cassius Chaney, , Manuel Charr, Jonathon Guidry, Tom Schwarz, Alexander Frank, Ebenezer Tetteh, Raphael Murphy, Shokran Parwani, Jesus Escalera, and others like that would have been better than a guy who's name will be forever used as an example of an overmatched bum.

With Joshua and Wilder fighting on the same card on December 23rd there seems to be renewed hope Joshua and Wilder might actually fight each other. But after 6-8 years of disappointment, is this hope misplaced?

Eddie Hearn is already redirecting his and Joshua's gaze away from Wilder and ironically, in the direction of 'Big Baby' Miller :

“Joshua wants to smash him up. Don’t forget the beef that those two had in New York, then the round table which nobody has seen yet but I’m sure it will get released one day soon. There is history there.

We know why the fight didn’t happen and there are a lot of people from our side that aren’t happy with what he did. The fight has never come back round because I felt like he didn’t deserve it. But sometimes time is a good healer and if he can beat Daniel Dubois then I’m sure he’ll scream and shout in that ring and say ‘I want AJ’ and then commercially that fight becomes big. Good luck to Jarrell, I don’t have dislike or hatred towards him, I don’t like what I saw but good luck.”
