Sure, but the bad definitely outweighs the good with these people. This is a community that prides itself in living outside the rules of civilized society. Criminality and deception are values they hold dear. I don’t see anything positive about their lifestyle. If you ask anybody who lives near these people it’s rare they have anything good to say about them.

I think there is a minority of posters on this board who are somewhat connected or perhaps come from this background so will defend the gypsy/traveller world no matter what.

Getting back to John, I’ll say it again, he’s a piece of garbage who should never have been let out of prison so quickly after what he did. The fact he then behaves like a complete moron while the wider media encourage and actually take some pleasure in his buffoonery says a lot about the state of broken Britain.

The use of the ‘other p word’ and ‘these people’ is enough to make me put this cnt on ignore. I invite the rest of you to do the same.

I think we're on to a winner here.

We could attract the younger viewer by having Tommy Fury involved as a buff lifeguard ready to spring into action should John fall into difficulties. Manufacture some beef between Tommy and one of the rowers and boom we've got a PPV fight to look forward to when filming has finished.
