This fight could've occured back in 2006-2007.
Say, if Toney gets the decision in the 1st Rahman fight - he gets to defend against Oleg (who was an upcoming mandatory).
If Toney gets the decision in the 1st Peter fight (as many think should've happened) - he wins an eliminator and gets a title shot against Oleg (who was fresh off his TKO win over Rahman, where he won the belt).
If any of those two scenarios take place - Maskaev and Toney could've met each other. What would've happened in their fight?
