Typical boxing if it’s gone from a joint UKAD/Board appeal, to just rubber stamping this?

They got away with it for the Fury fight but not so sure they would get lucky again

What does that matter, there won’t be snow in the ring will there?

I don’t get this notion they can’t fight if it’s cold. People sit outdoors in winter to watch every other sport, why not boxing?

It's the rain not the cold! A rugby or football match is like 90 mins, and they get protection from the stand.

I could well be proven wrong but I still do t think it’s that big of a fight. Not one of my casual mates has ever mentioned Benn. I just don’t think it’s crossed over.

Sugar Ray Leonard had the best technical solution for the cold in his third Duran fight - a big blanket over him in the corner between rounds. Problem solved.

Those watching from ringside may not want to sit there if it's lashing down .. (missing the bit about most being at the bar except for the main event of course)

Benn and Hearn are like dogs with a bone on this one , Sounds like its real desperation on there part , to earn some big money , they will be hoping its a success and get one or two more in to recoup some money .

Personaly if it happens , i hope it is outside in febuary , i'd also like the long term weather report in Jan to be Rain, Snow , Thunder , lightning , , blizards, public transport strikes , with the walking dead on the loose.along with sabotage of all PPV satelites

I would like to think that CEJ will refuse to box a man that the BBBoC will not license due to drug test failures but I imagine that it will happen elsewhere.

It will grossly affect numbers willing to go and stand in the cold .
Perhaps ask yourself why they never do outdoor stadium fights in the middle of winter, because they very rarely do .

So all the gas lighting, tantrums and paying for experts has amounted to fcuk all then? Should have done what ever other fighter who pisses hot does "sorry I never knowingly took a banned substance but I accept the findings". Get a ban, get it served and then come again.

This is what Connor and Ed get for being cocky Fuks. Play a technicality if you must but play it subtlety, work things out in private befor insisting you can fight… they could of worked this out confidentially realised they couldn’t fight UK and booked the fight for Middle East….

Also, few people have suggested eubank not taking part on a moral ground… Not on Eubanks to be the big man here… if there’s a work around and he can fight a welter for a fornicate load of cash he should.
I will say though this makes Connor a bit weaker negotiating, so I hope Eubanks uses this for no hydration clauses ect.

Agreed ,, he's not been put on this earth to save the planet , the tree's or boxing from cheats and unscrupulous promoters with dollar signs in there eyes ,, Take the fight , make shit loads of money and remember that they were prepared , ready and able to risk his life by ridiculous weight demands when they knew Connor was on the gear and with an advantage .

Take the fight make the money and demand a fair weight , then get rid of Benn for good ,, paybacks a bitch

There is an air of desperation from Benn's side, they must be down lot of money with inactivity and getting 'reports' trying to explain his test results, it just looks like he's trying to secure a big pay day with any big name to get rich quick.
