If we're talking about the pre-Vlad version of Peter, I think he'd probably win. Peter had devastating power, impressive upper-body strength, and lots of aggression. And Tommy never took a heavy punch all that well. So I could imagine Peter clinching a KO or TKO in this one.

But I don't know for certain.

On Morrison's exceptional nights (like against Foreman), he was a pretty good boxer-puncher and tactician. He also had the power to drop Peter with any single punch. For these reasons it's not unthinkable that he'd beat Peter, either by decision or a stoppage.

I'd probably rate Peter an 8 to 5 or 2 to 1 favorite.

Sam Peter by KO, they both both hit hard but Peter could take a better shot
